ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP
Who we are:
The Partnership of the Historic Bostons, a non-political, non-profit organization, was established in 1999 to recognize and celebrate the unique historical connection between Boston, Massachusetts, founded in 1630, and Boston, Lincolnshire, England, founded in 1086.

Our mission:
To enrich the lives of the people of Greater Boston, Massachusetts, through educational and cultural programs and events to develop a greater appreciation and understanding relating to the two Bostons’ common and enduring legacies.

What we do:
We propose, plan, initiate, create, establish, and implement programs or projects that support the Partnership’s mission often collaborating with other organizations devoted to the same period in American history.

How we are supported:
By membership dues from Friends; grants from corporations, trusts, and foundations; and donations from participants at specially arranged events.
